Troubleshooting - Tester

You need to process "Check Up" Tool and make sure all items are passed before proceed to "Tester" tool
Error: Please make sure Mplayer is installed or correct path is entered
Otherwise, check your HD video conversion log. HD file is invalid or does not exists.
1. Make sure your Mplayer is installed and path to Mplayer is correct.
- This can be done using below command via ssh or you need to consult your host.
which mplayer
2. Your converter is not compiled with libx264 or does not compile properly. You can check your "HD conversion log" generated by Tester tool.
Solution 1: Switch "Available Quality" to "Standard Definition only" at configuration -> converter.
Solution 2: If you like to make HD video available to your site. You may need to re-install your converter.

Error: Image thumbnail generation failed
If you have passed our "Check Up" tool, this error should not be shown.
This error should be shown accompany with the error above.
This is due to failure of HD video output. jVideoDirect attempt to generate thumbnail image from the highest quality output video but it does NOT exist.
See above Solution to get this fixed.
